摘要
目的:总结彭氏Ⅱ型捆绑式胰肠吻合术的临床应用经验,并将之与型吻合术的临床资料进行比较,评价其效果。方法:2001年1月～2002年1月,有49例行胰十二指肠切除的病人采用了Ⅱ型捆绑式胰肠吻合术作消化道重建,术后进行随访和B超检查。将此49例与35例行Ⅰ型捆绑式吻合术者的临床资料进行对比。结果:两组病人均无手术死亡,也无胰肠吻合口漏发生。Ⅱ型捆绑式胰肠吻合术的操作较Ⅰ型简单,所需的时间也较短。结论:Ⅱ型捆绑式胰肠吻合术与Ⅰ型比较,具有操作简单、节省时间并能对吻合口进行检测等优点。
Objective:To introduce our experience on Peng's TypeⅡbinding pancreaticojejunostomy,as compared to the TypeⅠpancreaticojejunostomy.Methods:From Jan2000to Jan2002,49cases of Peng's TypeⅡand35cases of TypeⅠpancreaticojejunostomy were performed.All the cases were followed up for1～12months and ultrasonography was used to detect the existence of leakage.Comparison was made between these2groups.Results:There was no operative mortality and no anastomotic leakage in both groups.The Average time spent for anastomosis was16min and27min respectiveiy.Conclusion:Peng's TypeⅡbinding pancreaticojejunostomy is simpler and more time-saving as compared to the TypeⅠprocedure;furthermore,the stoma can be checked up as soon as the anastomosis is completed in TypeⅡ.
