摘要 分析并建立了 FOPS板壳弹性变形、塑性变形和流动变形的极限速度数学模型 ;研究了薄板的撞击动态响应 ,建立了撞击中心的最大位移量的数学模型。通过试验实测了 ZL 5 0 G型装载机 FOPS的抗击穿性能 。 In this paper, a limit speed mathematical model of elastic deformation, plastic deformation and flow deformation of the FOPS shell was established. We investigated the impacted dynamic response of a thin plate and established a maximal displacement mathematical model of the impact center. It laid the theoretical foundation for rational design of FOPS. Further more, we gave an anti breakthrough capability test of the wheel loader ZL50G FOPS,and calculate the exciting force on both the drop hammer and the crossbeam of the FOPS. We found that the FOPS top surface of wheel loader produced plastic yield and non linear response while being impacted by drop hammer.
