摘要
目的 研究硝酸银(AgNO_3)对动静脉畸形(arteriovenous malformation,AVM)模型引流静脉压(draining vein pressure,DVP)的影响。方法 制作大鼠AVM模型。60只大鼠随机均分为三组。应用AgNO_3处理两实验组的引流静脉,在不同时间段测定作用点前、后的DVP。结果AgNO_3作用点以前的DVP先短暂轻微上升,6min后降至处理前水平。作用点以后的DVP亦先短暂轻微上升,3min后降至处理前水平,随后继续下降,0.5h后降至处理前水平的一半,并维持至1h。结论AgNO_3处理AVM血管巢及其边缘的引流静脉,在1h内不会造成DVP骤升,相反可通过降低DVP,保护引流静脉,安全切除AVM。
Objective To study the effect of silver nitrate on the draining vein pressure (DVP)of arteriovenous malformation (AVM)model. Methods A rat model of AVM was developed. 60 rats were randomly divided into 3 averaged groups. A 40 percent of silver nitrate solution was applied to manage the draining veins in 2 experimental groups, the DVP of which was measured in different phases respectively before and after the exposed sites. Results The DVP before the acted sites first increased a little, but decreased to the primitive levels after 6 minutes and remained for a long time. Those after the acted sites also rose mildly and fell to normal after 3 minutes and then continued to fall and remained at half of the normal level from 0.5 hour to 1 hour. Conclusion When AVM nidus as well as the adjacent draining veins is treated with silver nitrate, DVP does not rise much higher rapidly and cause the vein to rupture in 1 hour. The veins, on the contrary, are protected with the fall of DVP, which may ensure a safe removal of AVM.
