摘要
通过对 4 2例肺心病心衰患者在综合治疗的基础上 ,加用硝酸甘油、肝素 ,通过不同的作用机制 ,能有效地阻断引起肺心病、心力衰竭的多种病理生理变化 ,使肺心病心衰得以明显改善 。
Since 2000,we had treated 42 patints suffered from this disease, based on synthetical treatment,with glonoin and heparin.Due to glonoin and heparin can effectively interdict the pathologic and physiological change resulting in corpulmonale combined heart failure, the treatment showed the better curative effect.
