切除性腺对大鼠骨骼肌形态及肌纤维型的影响

摘要 [目的 ]观察切除大鼠性腺对骨骼肌形态及肌纤维型的影响。 [方法 ]2 4只SD大鼠 ,通过建立切除性腺实验动物模型 ,利用大体解剖、肌球蛋白ATP酶组化法及图像分析仪进行观察和分析。[结果 ]切除性腺后 ,雄性大鼠的体重、胫骨前肌、趾长伸肌、比目鱼肌的肌重及各肌肌纤维型比例无明显变化 ;但雌性大鼠的体重 (30 7.83± 36 .0 7) g ,胫骨前肌及趾长伸肌的肌重分别为 (0 .5 2 92±0 .0 5 47)、(0 .1 2 87± 0 .0 1 36 ) g ,胫骨前肌中Ⅰ型肌纤维所占的比例 (0 .1 6 5 8± 0 .0 394 ) %明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。 [结论 ]切除雌性大鼠卵巢对其体重、骨骼肌重及肌纤维型比例有一定的影响。 To observe the effects of gonaectomy on morphology and fiber types of skeletal muscles in rats. The animal model of gonaectomy was established on twenty four SD rats. After two months, the gross dissection, myosin ATPese histochemical method and image-analyzer were used to observe and analyze the skeletal muscles. After gonaectomy in female rats, the body weight (307.83±36.07) g,muscle weight of tibialis anterior and extensor digitorum longus (0.5292±0.0547),(0.1287±0.0136) g respectively and the proportion of type I fiber in tibialis anterior (0.1658±0.0394)%were greater than those of control group; but that in male rats there were no significant differences. [conclusion] Gonaectomy may exert significant effects on body weight, muscle weight and muscle fiber types in female rats.
