摘要
以低压铸造Mg-Gd-Y-Zr合金转向节为研究对象,采用AnyCasting软件模拟铸造过程,优化铸造工艺参数并进行模具设计。同时优化了合金的热处理工艺参数,获得最佳热处理参数为:500℃×8h固溶处理,200℃×24h时效处理。低压铸造镁合金转向节本体取样分析结果表明,铸件不同部位实测性能与其晶粒尺寸大小具有较高的相关性,且晶粒尺寸的测量值与模拟预测值有较高的一致性。
Low pressure die casting Mg-Gd-Y-Zr alloy steering knuckle was simulated by AnyCasting software to optimize the process parameters and to provide a guide for mould die design.The heat treatment parameters of the alloy were optimized to be solution treatment at 500℃for 8 hand aging treatment at 200℃for 24 h.The sampling analysis results show that the measured properties at different parts of the steering knuckle have a high correlation with the grain size.Also,the experimental and predicted value of grain size presents high consistency.
