摘要
当下的足球改革是建国以来力度最大、思想最深刻、变动最彻底、最具创新意义的综合性的体育与社会变革行为,具有超体育、超文化和超当下的积极意义。足球改革不仅是完善职业化、市场化模式,也是一场新型的文化建设运动,成为重新缔造中国国民性的崭新动力。文章分析了中国足球改革方案的内容,重点探讨了足球改革的原因、目的以及实质,认为足球改革是中央全面深化改革领导小组习近平治国理政思想的具体体现,整个方案体现了共治、共资、共享的精神,体现了足球革新社会、带动社会整体进步的内在价值,能够为社会变革提供更为广阔的视角。
The current soccer reform is the strongest in dynamics,the deepest in thoughts,the most thorough in changes,and the most innovative in comprehension of all the sports and social changes since the founding of People's Republic of China,with the significance of supra-sports,supra-culture,and transcend present.Soccer reform is not only professional and market-oriented,but also a new cultural construction movement,which becomes the new impetus to re-create Chinese national characters.This thesis analyzes the content of overall reform plan to boost the development of soccer in china,focusing on the reasons,goals and essence for the soccer reform.Conclusions are as follows:the soccer reform embodies the governance thoughts of Xi Jinping central leading group in deepening reform comprehensively.This soccer plan reflects the spirit of co-governance,co-fund and sharing,shows the inner value of soccer changing society and promoting social progress,which provides a broader perspective for social change.
