摘要
甲烷直接催化裂解是一种制取纯净氢气的有效方法,其中碳基催化剂——煤焦作为一种廉价易得催化剂被广泛研究。文章简要阐述了甲烷裂解的机理,着重介绍了煤焦作为催化剂,其反应条件、制备工艺以及预处理方式对甲烷裂解的影响,同时介绍了煤焦的失活与再生过程。总结了煤焦作为催化剂在甲烷裂解过程中影响催化效果的主要因素。
Methane catalytic decomposition is an effective way to produce pure hydrogen gas. Coal chars as an cheap and facile catalyst has been widely studied. In this paper, the mechanism of methane decomposition on coal char is simply expounded. The coal chars as catalysts were discussed in terms of reaction conditions, preparation methods and pre-treatment method. The origin of deactivation and the methods of regeneration are discussed in details. The main factors of methane cracking over coal chars are summarized.
