摘要
本文经系统实验选出最佳的蓖麻油脱水反应催化剂,考察了各种因素对产品质量的影响,确定出适宜反应条件。脱水蓖麻油(DCO)质量稳定,碘值>130,收率>94％,为DCO工业化生产提供了可靠的工艺参数。
An excellent Catalyst for dehydration of castor oil was elected through a series of tests. The influence of various factors on product quality has been investigated. In this paper Appropriate reaction conditions are defined. The product quality of dehydrated castor oil is high. The iondine value of DCO is higher than 130 and the yield is more than 940％. Introduced reliable technical parameters are suitable for commercial production.
