摘要
肾上腺脑白质营养不良(adrenal leukodystrophy,ALD)是脂肪代谢紊乱所引起的遗传性疾病,临床罕见。本文报告1例7岁患此病症男孩的临床表现,诊断方法及治疗结果。
Adrenal leukodystrophy is a rare genetic disease caused by fat metabolism disorder. This paper reports the clinical manifestations, diagnosis and therapeutic results of 1 case of 7-year-old boy with this disease.
