摘要
总结2010年1月至2012年10月我科全髋关节置换术后发生关节假体脱位及应力骨折的患者情况,寻找原因,自行设计与研制可调式髋关节防脱位支具,分单侧和双侧。此支具不妨碍患者患肢的外展和屈曲,角度可调节、设定并固定。解决因关节囊、肌肉松弛、肌肉力量不平衡、功能锻炼及搬运方法不当等引起的患者全髋关节置换术后假体脱位及应力骨折的问题,从而满足患者病情的需求,弥补了梯形垫在此症状患者群中应用的不足。
To summarize the situation of joint prosthesis dislocation and stress fracture after total hip arthroplasty in our department from January 2010 to October 2012, looking for the reason, self designing and developing adjustable anti-dislocation hip joint support, divided into one side, and bilateral. This support does not interfere with the abduction and flexion of the limb of the patient, the angle of which can be adjusted, set and fixed. To solve the problem of prosthesis dislocation and stress fracture after total hip arthroplasty due to joint capsule, muscle relaxation, muscle imbalance, functional exercise and improper handling methods, so as to meet the needs of patients with the disease, having made up the deficiency of the trapezoidal mat used in this kind of patients.
