摘要
不同的通信运营商基站数量庞大,不同结构类型、供电类型、分布面积且多在楼顶、高山建设等原因,给基站电费结算工作带来了困难。因此,阐述设计依据和原则,设计研发了基站电费管理系统,并在中国电信桂林分公司搭建试验平台进行测试,多次对硬件及软件进行改进优化,证实了所提方案的有效性和可行性,可有效控制电费成本的快速增长,成为运营商提高自身竞争力、实现可持续发展的重要途径。
Different communication operator base station number is huge,different structure type,power supply type,distribution area and more in the roof,high mountain construction and so on reason,bring difficulties to base station electricity payment work.Therefore,the design basis and principles were elaborated,the base station electricity cost management system was designed and developed,and a test platform was set up in the Guilin branch of China Telecom to conduct testing.The hardware and software were improved and optimized several times,and the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed plan was confirmed.It can effectively control the rapid increase of electricity cost and become an important way for operators to improve their competitiveness and achieve sustainable development.
