摘要
结合配电自动化系统在国网天津城南供电公司的应用,分析了基于OPEN3200系统配网调控管理的新特点,通过设备状态监测、远方遥控、故障诊断等功能的应用,展现出智能配电网在倒闸操作、故障处理等电网运维中的优势。从实际应用中提出了系统运行的一些问题,通过不断完善系统运行、积累管理经验,为城南公司打造坚强的智能电网。
Combined with the application of power distribution automation system in Tianjin South City electric power supply company,this paper analyzes the new characteristics of distribution network control management based on OPEN3200 system,by equipment condition monitoring,remote control,fault diagnosis and other functions of the application,it shows the advantages of intelligent power distribution network in the operation of switching operation and fault treatment.Some problems in system operation are put forward from the practical application.Through the continuous improvement of the system operation,the accumulation of management experience for the South City companies to create a strong smart grid.
