基于Quasi-Z源逆变器UPS系统的仿真研究

摘要 文中将Quasi-Z源逆变器应用到UPS系统中,使逆变电路可以工作在直通状态,并通过控制直通零矢量来实现升降压的功能;分析了Quasi-Z源逆变器的工作原理和控制方式,证明了它不仅具有Z源逆变器的各种优点,而且逆变器中无源器件电压电流额定值更低,开关器件的电压应力更小。在SIMULINK环境下搭建Quasi-Z源UPS系统仿真电路,建立了电压电流双闭环控制系统,使输出电压保持恒定,具有良好的动态性能和稳态性能。应用MATLAB软件对UPS系统进行仿真验证,仿真结果验证了理论分析的正确性。 In this paper,the Quasi-Z source inverter is applied to the UPS system,so that the inverter circuit can work in a straight state,and through the control through zero vector the inverter can achieve the function of the lifting pressure;The operation principle and control mode of Quasi-Z source inverter are analyzed.It is proved that it not only has the advantages of Z source inverter,and inverter rated voltage and current passive devices is low,and voltage stress of switching devices is smaller.In the SIMULINK environment to build the Quasi-Z source UPS system simulation circuit,the establishment of a voltage and current double closed-loop control system,the output voltage is kept constant,which has good dynamic performance and steady state performance.MATLAB software is used to simulate the UPS system.The simulation results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
