摘要
随着现代化信息技术的不断发展及电力系统自动化程度的不断提高,纸质操作票、工作票及事故抢修单向无纸化转变是一个重要发展趋势。结合河北省电力公司的实际情况,文中从总体框架搭建、维护定制、电子签名、手持终端数据录入;操作票、工作票及事故抢修单生成和管理等几个方面进行研究,并将研究成果付诸于实践,提高操作票、工作票及事故抢修单的管理水平,推动智能电网建设。
With the continuous development of modern information technology and the continuous improvement of power system automation,paper operation ticket,work ticket and accident repairing bill transforming into paperless style is an important trend.With actual situation of Hebei Electric Power Company considered,research from aspects of overall framework,customed maintenance,electronic signatures,data input from hand-held terminal,generation and management of operation ticket,work ticket and accident repairing bill are conducted,and research results are put into practice,which improves management level of operation ticket,work ticket and accident repairing bill,and therefore promotes construction of smart grid.
