摘要 海水中溶解氧含量与海水物理、化学、生物等因素有着密切的联系。其通常随海水温度和盐度升高、氧分压的下降、浮游植物光合作用的减弱、动物呼吸作用的加强及有机颗粒的氧化等而降低。而河口港湾水体的溶解氧含量除受上述诸因素的影响外,还受江河淡水的注入、潮汐运动和沿岸排污等因素的影响。本调查期间,厦门港湾水体溶解氧含量的测值在3.00—7.60ml/L之间,平均值为5.17ml/L;氧饱和度在81.4—132%之间,平均值为102%,属富氧水体。溶解氧含量和氧饱和度的高值区多出现在宝珠屿以北海域,低值区多出现在九龙江口附近。其时空变化主要受水温、大陆径流、生物活动、水体的潮汐和垂直运动等因素的影响;氧含量的周年变化受水温控制,氧饱和度的周年变化主要受生物活动的影响。 In the whole the survey area is an oxygenated water body,its dissolved oxygen content varied between 3.00—7.60ml·O2/L with an average value of 5.17ml/L,the saturation degree of oxygen was between 81.4—132%,averaged at 102%.The high value of dissolved oxygen and its saturation degree usually appeared at the sea areas north to Baozhu Islet,the low value at sea areas around Jiulong Estuary.Their vertical distribution often presented higher value in the upper layer than lower value in the lower layer.In the summer and near the estuary,there was a big vertical variation and oxygencline;in winter,the vertical variation was small showing an even distribution.In spring,summer and autumn(especially in summer),the diurnal variation of dissolved oxygen and its saturation degree showed clear biological effects leading to high value in the daytime and low in the night for most stations,the peak value often aPPeared after the noon and the valley value after midnight;for stations near the estuary,the diurnal variation was strong the variation curve clearly presented two peaks and two valleys corresponding to the tidal periods.The annual variation of dissolved oxygen content was mainly influenced by annual variation of water temperature with high value in winter and low value in summer,the highest value appeared in January,the lowest in August;the annual variation of oxygen saturation degree was mainly influenced by biological activities,peak values appeared in June and Jannuary,valley value in April and December.
