摘要
区块链是颠覆性信息技术,受到各国高度关注。文章梳理了区块链的发展背景和概念,分析了区块链的特征。在此基础上,基于区块链从数字资源、纸本资源、知识产权角度分析图书馆的资源建设;从图书馆"中间人"功能减弱、捐赠服务更为透明、服务管理发生变革角度分析图书馆的服务。图书馆需要基于区块链实施变革,包括加强对区块链的研究、开展图书馆区块链建设试点、开发图书馆区块链标准、研究基于区块链的图书馆组织架构和业务流程、建设用户生成知识资源、加强图书馆区块链技术人才培养。
Blockchain is a subversive information technology,which is highly concerned by all countries. This paper reviews the development and concept of it,and analyzes the characteristics of it. Based on blockchain,this paper analyzes the library’s resource construction from the aspects of digital resources,printed resources and intellectual property rights,and analyzes the library’s service from the aspects of the weakening of the'intermediary'function,the more transparent donation service and the change of service management. This paper puts forward the development strategy of library based on blockchain,including strengthening the study of blockchain,carrying out the construction experiment of library blockchain,developing the standard of library blockchain,studying the new library organization structure and operation flow,building user-generated knowledge resources,and strengthening the training of library blockchain technical personnel.
