摘要
煤沥青具有含碳量高、聚合度高、资源丰富且价格低廉等优点,但其延展性差、温度敏感性强、易老化等缺点严重制约煤沥青的大规模应用,通过对煤沥青改性是其实现规模化利用的重要手段。对煤沥青的性质、危害及应用现状进行分析,论证了煤沥青改性的必要性;重点阐述了热聚法、Cherry-T、真空闪蒸法和混融法改性煤沥青工艺,提出了对煤沥青改性工艺的发展趋势,呼吁加大煤沥青的改性研究。
Coal tar pitch has the advantages of low molecular weight, high carbon content, high degree of polymerization, abundant resources and low price. However, it’s disadvantages such as poor ductility, strong temperature sensitivity, and easy aging have seriously restricted the large-scale application of coal tar pitch. A significant way to realize the utilization of coal tar pitch at a large scale is to prepare the modified coal tar pitch. The necessity of coal tar pitch modification is proven by summarizing the properties,perniciousness and utilization status of coal tar pitch. Some modified methods including thermo-polymerization method, Cherry-T,vacuum flashing process as well as melt-mixing method were discussed specifically. The prospects of modified coal tar pitch and correlated suggestions were also presented for the further study on comprehensive utilization of coal tar pitch.
