摘要
通过博落回室内根段繁殖试验,探究博落回根段直径、育苗时间、温度等因素对育苗发芽率及育苗生长情况的影响,结果表明:(1)博落回根段育苗可在春夏进行,根段长4cm,根径1.5cm以下根段发芽成苗率平均76.33%,根径1.5—2cm根段发芽成苗率平均80%-83.33%,根径2—4cm根段发芽成苗率平均86.67%;(2)博落回植物根径大小对秧苗素质具有较大影响,2-4cm的根段培育苗的株高6.86cm、茎粗0.41cm和叶片数9片,均优越根径2cm以下的培育苗;(3)在18℃以上的土温条件下,根段发芽成苗的开始时间为栽植后的5-8天,持续的时间22天左右。
It explores the influence of Macleaya cordata’s root diameter,time of raising seedlings and temperature on germination rate and growth situation by indoor root reproduction experiment.The result shows that:(1)Macleaya cordata’s root seedlings raising can be carried out in spring and summer.The average germination rate of a root with 4cm long and root diameter below 1.5cm is 76.33%.It reaches 80%to 83.33%with the root diameter of 1.5cm to 2cm,and 86.67%with the root diameter of 2cm-4cm;(2)The size of Macleaya cordata root has great influence on seedling quality,The root cultivating seedlings with a length of 2-4cm,plant height of6.86 cm,stem diameter of 0.41 cm and 9 leaves are superior to those under a root diameter of 2cm.(3)With a soil temperature over 18℃,the time for root germination is 5 to 8 days after cultivation which lasts about 22 days.
