摘要
以贵州省铜仁市碧江区为例,从理论入手,对生态文明建设展开实践研究。提出资源开发与生态环境保护之间不仅存在相排斥、相否定的倾向,而且还存在相互联结,相互依存的趋势。生态保护与资源开发之间互为前提,生态环境既是经济活动的载体,也是生产要素,更是一种生产力,要树立保住青山绿水的理念,切实保护好碧江的生态环境,只有保护好碧江的生态环境才能促进碧江资源的永续利用,才能不断提高碧江生产力水平。因此该区必须坚持走生产发展、生活富裕、生态良好的文明发展道路。
Taking Guizhou province Tongren Bijiang district as an example, from the perspective of ecological civilization construction, carried out the practical research. Put forward resource exploitation and ecological environment protection exists not only between mutually exclusive, phase and negative tendency, but also the existence of interrelated, interdependent tendency. Ecological protection is the resource development mutual premises, the ecological environment is not only the carrier of economic activity, and also the factor of production, is also a kind of productivity, must set up the green mountains and rivers concept, cogent protection good of ecological environment, the protector of ecosystem environment can promote the sustainable use of resources, to improve the Bijiang productivity level. So we must insist to produce development, life is rich, good ecology path.
