铜仁地区在新一轮西部大开发中,要坚持以科学发展为指导,进一步解放思想,大力营造有利于解放思想的社会氛围,把解放思想体现在具体工作中;组织专人认真研究新一轮西部大开发会议精神和相关政策,结合实际抓好"十二五"规划编制工作;抓紧做好项目储备,特别是大项目的争取工作;加快构建现代产业体系;进一步加强生态保护和环境治理;积极推进城镇化和城乡一体化发展;加强民生工程建设;培养一大批高素质的人才,以实现铜仁地区经济社会更好更快地发展。
