北亚热带常绿阔叶林三优势树种叶水平碳氮磷化学计量及季节变化特征 被引量:20

Characteristics of Seasonal Variations and Foliar C, N, P Stoichiometry of Three Dominant Trees in a Subtropical Evergreen Broad-leaved Forest

摘要 为了解北亚热带林植物叶水平生态化学计量特征和季节变化规律,以安徽石台常绿阔叶林三种优势乔木(甜槠、树参和老鼠矢)为研究对象,通过不同季节采集其成熟叶片进行分析。结果显示,3树种叶片C含量全年变化规律一致,呈先减后增趋势。区域中N元素相对充足,而P元素成为植物生长受限元素。C/P与C/N比值之间比较发现,甜槠对N、P的利用效率最高,其次为老鼠矢,树参的养分利用效率最低。3树种叶片N、P含量及C/N、C/P和N/P周年变化规律各不相同,N、P含量呈现高度正相关,叶片C/N和C/P的季节变化趋势与叶片N、P含量的变化规律相反,叶片N/P的季节变化趋势与叶片P含量的变化规律相反,表明了叶片N、P含量对叶片C/N与C/P的主导作用以及叶片N/P主要受P含量决定。本实验中,各指标全年变异系数大小为:P>C/P>N/P>N>C/N>C。C、P、C/N、C/P以及N/P的变异来源均表现为植物种类影响最大,月份间差异次之,月份和植物种类交互作用的影响最小。 In order to reveal the characteristics of ecological stoichiometry and seasonal variations of subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest, the seasonal changes of foliar C, N, and P ecological stoichiometry of three dominant tree species(Castanopsis eyrei, Dendropanax dentiger and Symplocos stellaris) were investigated in Shitai, Anhui. The mature leaves of those trees in a three-month interval were collected for chemical analysis. The results showed that foliar C contents of three species decreased in spring and summer, while increased in autumn and winter. The N content was relatively high, while the P was relatively low. Compared with C:N and C:P ratios, utilization efficiencies of N and P were the highest in Castanopsis eyrei, followed by Symplocos stellaris, while Dendropanax dentiger was lowest. The annual trends of foliar N, P contents and C:N, C:P and N:P ratios were not clear for all three dominant species. The N content was significantly positively correlated to P content. The annual trends of C:N and C:P ratios were opposite. The N:P ratio and P content showed the similar pattern. The results indicated that foliar N, P contens played a predominant role in determining C:N and C:P ratios, meanwhile, N:P ratio was controlled by P content. The variation coefficient of these parameters was in the sequence of P > C:P > N:P > N > C:N > N. Factorial analysis of variation for these parameters showed that foliar C, P, C:N, C:P and N:P ratios were mainly dominated by plant species, followed by months, while the interaction was lowest.
