摘要
如何优化当代中国知识分子的社会功能是新时期知识分子研究的重大任务,也是党和政府必须思考的一个时代课题。为了实现知识分子社会功能的最优化,党和政府应该以最充分的政策资源不断扩大知识分子社会功能的实现度,不断深化对知识分子社会功能的认识、及时调整对知识分子的相关政策、继续贯彻对知识分子的依靠政策;知识分子自身也要不断提高自身素质,强化社会责任意识,增强团队协作精神,培养自主创新能力,提高自律修养意识。
In order to achieve the intellectual social function's optimization, CPC and Chinese government policy should constantly expand the realization of intellectual's social function by the fullest policy resources, deepening the understanding of it, timely adjusting policy and constantly implementing policies to rely on the intellectuals. Intellectuals must constantly improve their own quality, strengthen awareness of social responsi- bility, enhance teamwork, develop independent innovation capability, and enhance self-awareness training.
