摘要
社会动员是社会发展工作的重要策略,也是政党的固有功能之一。中国共产党历来十分重视社会动员,纵观中国革命和建设的历程,党曾把社会动员视为一种基本的工作方法,并积累了宝贵经验。当前我国已进入了新的历史阶段,构建社会主义和谐社会是全国人民共同的奋斗目标,新时期我们更应该提升社会动员能力,以利于社会主义和谐社会建设。
