摘要
党的十七届四中全会提出,建设马克思主义学习型政党,是我们党当前一项重大而紧迫的战略任务。各级党组织必须高度重视,积极推进这一基础性工程的建设。面对三个"前所未有",不学习,就不可能长期执政、安全执政和科学执政。党的基层组织是党的细胞,是党的基础,建设学习型党组织的基点应放在基层党支部上。积极探索建设学习型党组织的实现途径和措施。
It is an important and urgent strategic task to establish a learning-inclined Party of Marxism for the current Communist Party of China.The Party's organizations at all levels must positively push forward the construction of this basic project.Facing the three unprecedented situations,we Party cannot keep the power long,safe and scientific without learning.Grass-roots Organizations are cells and foundation of the CPC.To establish the learning-inclined Party should be on the basis of grassroots party branches.
