摘要
对银离子催化细菌浸出黄铜矿进行了研究。在银离子存在下 ,矿粒越细 ,浸出率就越高 ;浸出溶液pH值在 1.5~ 2时浸出率较高 ;银离子浓度在 10mg/L时浸出效果最好。在实验范围内 ,不论银离子初始值大小如何 ,银离子在加入浸出体系后主要是以硫化银形式存在 ,以离子形式存在于溶液中只占很小一部分。
An investigation is made of the catalyzing behavior of silver ions in bacterial leaching of chalcopyrite. In the presence of Ag ions, the finer the size of chalcopyrite particles is,the higher the leaching rate is. At a leaching liquor pH of 1.5~2.0, the bioleaching results are better, and at Ag ion concentration of 10 mg/L, the leaching rate is the highest. In the range of experiment, Ag ions, which have been added to the leaching system, occur mostly as silver sulfide and a few as Ag ion, regardless of the initial concentration of Ag ions.
