摘要
通过沥青混合料性能试验,研究了聚丙烯腈纤维和木质素纤维对沥青玛蹄脂碎石混合料(SMA)的高、低温及强度性能的影响,发现掺加聚丙烯腈纤维的SMA的动稳定度比掺加木质素纤维有显著提高,且总变形量明显减少;低温弯曲的破坏应变也有所增大;抗压强度提高30%;0.2%和0.3%聚丙烯腈纤维掺量对SMA各项性能指标影响不大。结果表明,聚丙烯腈是一种性能良好的沥青混合料添加材料,具有较好的工程应用前景。
This paper studied the influence of PAN fiber composite and the imported xylon fiber on stone mastic asphalt(SMA) by performance tests of asphalt mixture. It is pointed that after adding PAN fiber composite the dynamical stability of SMA is markedly increased, the total deformation is markedly reduced, the flexural failure strain in low temperature is increased, and unconfined compressive strength is increased by 30%. What is more, whether the percentage of PAN fiber composite is 0.2% or 0.3%, the performance of SMA is stable. The results show that PAN fiber composite has better road performance.14 tabs,8 refs.
