摘要
在水中合成甲酸钡化合物。测定了在水溶液中的溶解度,采用蒸发法从 pH=1.7的水溶液中生长出大尺寸单晶体。对单晶体进行了结构分析。使用1064nm 的 Nd^(3+):YAG 激光辐射该晶体产生532nm 的倍频光,该晶体的(SHG)倍频光强度约为 KDP 晶体的5~6倍.
Single crystal of barium formate has been grown from low te-mperature solutions with the slow evaporate method.The solubility of thebarium formate compound in water were determined.The molecular structureand crystal structure of barium formate single crystal were determined byinfrared absorption and X-ray diffraction analysis.The barium formatecrystal irradiated by 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser beam to be produced 532 nmwavelength laser.
