摘要
对金川二矿区富矿石开展新捕收剂和起泡剂试验研究 ,用“Y89-2 +PN40 5”新组方取代“丁黄药 +J -62 2”现场组方 ,小型试验和工业试验表明 ,新组方能优化选别指标 ,降低精矿中氧化镁含量 ,提高铜镍回收率 ,同时 ,也能较大幅度降低选矿药剂成本。
A study is made of flotation separation of high grade ore of No 2 mining area of Jinchuan by a combined use of new collector and new frother. The results obtained by the laboratory and industrial tests, which were carried out by using the new regent combination“Y89-2+PN405” to substitute the old one “Butyl xanthate + J-622”, show that the new reagent combination can not only improve the separation results, reduce the MgO content of concentrate and increase the copper recovery, but also greatly reduce the reagent cost.
