摘要
本文介绍利用 LB 膜技术生长蜡酸铅(简称 LC)薄膜准晶体的工艺条件。报道了 LC准晶的 BKa 和 BeKa 谱线测试参数,并与日本同类产品性能指标作了比较,同时对存在同题进行了讨论。
The technology conditions of lead cerotate (Called LC for sho-rt) paracrystalline films grown by Langmuir-Blodett films methods are des-cribed in this paper.Testing results for BKa and BeKa characteristic para-meters and the property index are reported and compared with the similarJapanese products.
