摘要
目的分析糖尿病患者腹腔镜全子宫切除术疗效。方法选取2013年10月—2014年10月,60例老年糖尿病,根据手术方式分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例)。结果两组住院时间、术中出血量以及手术时间有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜全子宫切除术创伤小、出血量小、住院时间短,有利于术后康复。
Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of laparoscopic hysterectomy on patients with diabetes. Methods 60 elderly patients with diabetes from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected and divided into the control group(30) and the ob-servation group (30) according to the operation mode. Results The differences in length of stay, intraoperative blood loss and dura-tion of operation between the two groups were significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic hysterectomy has smaller trauma, less amount of bleeding and shorter length of stay, which is conducive to the postoperative rehabilitation.
