摘要 根据几台电站锅炉主蒸汽管的实测工作应力,对以下问题进行了探讨:管道应力在启动过程中的变化趋势;管道应力与热位移和约束的关系;管系中某些部件损伤的主要原因等。这可供发电厂管道设计和生产运行,以及残余寿命估计时参考。 Based on field measurements on several utility boilers,the following problem were studied: (1) the tendency of stress variation in steam pipe during unit start-up; (2) the relations between pipe stress, thermal displacement and restraints; (3) the major causes for component failure in the piping system. The result of this study is of important reference for the design of piping system and for the residual life assessment as well.
