摘要
带裙房的高层建筑要考虑主楼与裙楼层数差引起的不均匀沉降问题。选取典型土层、典型工程结构形式 ,建立上部结构 -基础 -地基计算模型 ,分多种工况对基础筏板进行有限元计算分析 ,总结筏板厚度与层数差之间的关系 ,并结合现场实测资料进行了验证。可为设计者在初步方案设计阶段确定筏板厚度提供依据。
The construction of tall structure with annex should take into consideration the asymmetry sedimentation brought by layer equation of the main structure and annex. This article selects the typical soil horizon and typical form, creates a upper part-foundation-soil calculation model, and analyzes the base plank with F-E-M for various operating mock. Summarizing the relation of the plank thickness and layer equation, combining the situ-measurement data, this article can offer reference for designers to determine the plank thickness in the first project.
