摘要
由于压力容器的断裂破坏并非总是脆性破坏,所以单纯采用线弹性断裂力学的K_(1c)判据判断压力容器的安全性时是危险的。据此,本文介绍了双判据法的由来和发展,对该方法的基本理论和实际应用进行了探讨。文中用双判据法对带裂纹的紧凑拉伸试样进行了裂纹启裂、稳定裂纹扩展和最大载荷的预测。结果表明该法的破坏评定线的确是破坏评定点的下限曲线,可以用于带缺陷压力容器的安全评定。
Since pressure vessels do not always present fragible failure.it is not on the safe side to assess pressure vessels only by using the Kic criterion of linear elastic fracture mechanics. Tn view of the above, this paper presents a two-criteria approach with its origin and development and its basic concept and application are discussed. A number of specimens with cracks were tested by this approach for crack initiation. stable crack growth and the maximum load,the results of which show that the failure assessement curve of the two-criteria approach is the lower limit of the failure assessment points and can be used to evaluate the safety of cracked pressure vessels.
