摘要
本文针对平舒某电厂拥有30台G12V190ZLDT1-2型燃气发动机的气缸体缸套发生穴蚀,导致发动机动力性下降,使用寿命缩短,故障发生率增高等难题,通过分析其成因,提出了改进方案,为运行检修提供技术参考。
In this paper,the cylinder block of 30 G12V190ZLDT1-2 gas engines owned by Pingshu Power Plant is caused by the occurrence of the cave corroding,which leads to the decrease of engine power,shortened service life and increased failure rate.This paper proposes an improvement plan by analyzing its causes and provides a technical reference for operation and maintenance.
