摘要
相对于土钉墙的广泛应用而言,对土钉墙的理论研究还很不充分。中国建筑科学研究院地基基础研究所完成了模拟实际施工过程的土钉墙足尺实验,介绍了足尺实验的土钉墙变形及土钉内力测试的相关内容。实验基坑开挖深度为10m,支护结构采用土钉墙,设置6排土钉。本次实验严格模拟土钉墙的施工过程进行挖土、土钉施工以及面层喷射混凝土施工,并进行各项测试,然后采用地面堆载的方式考察土钉墙位移较大时的性状。通过足尺试验测试,并结合数值分析,对土钉墙的变形及土钉内力特征进行了研究。
The soil nailing wall is widely used,but the theory is not researched sufficiently. Full size experiment of soil nailing wall,which was stimulating practical working progress,was conducted by Institute of Foundation Engineering,China Academy of Building Research, both the deformation observation of soil nailing wall and the inner force measurement of soil nails are introduced. Experiment excavation was 10 meter deep,and soil nailing wall was adopted with 6 storey soil nails. In the experiment,excavation,soil nails and shotcreting were constructed according to practical working progress of soil nailing wall,and tests were done,then soil was mounded to study the soil nailing wall's feature with large displacement. Both the deformation of soil nailing wall and the inner forces of soil nails were researched by combining experiment measurement and numerical analysis.
