摘要
本文研究了42CrMo钢经亚温淬火后未溶铁素体含量对接触疲劳性能的影响。试验结果表明,M+F双相组织的接触疲劳寿命比单一M组织的疲劳寿命高,接触疲劳寿命随未溶铁素体含量的增加而相应提高,在本试验条件下,当铁素体含量约为10%时,接触疲劳寿命为最佳。
In this paper, the effect of undissolved ferrite amount on contact fatigue properties were studied in 42CrMo steel with subcritical quenching. The experimental results indicate that contact fatigue life of M+F dual-phase structure is longer than that of mono-Martensite structure. The contact fatigue life elongates with the increase of amounts of undissolved ferrite. Under the experimental condition, when the amount of undissolved ferrite is 10%, the contact fatigue life will be the longest.
