摘要
在高铁基础设施维修中,传统的属地维修、分专业维修管理模式已愈发不能适应现实需求。从国内外高铁维修管理模式研究入手,对比日本、法国和德国等国外高铁维修管理模式,介绍我国高铁维修管理模式的历史沿革。结合中国铁路武汉局集团有限公司高铁综合维修生产一体化改革实践,总结其具体做法,对驻马店西综合维修车间模式及其启动必备条件进行系统阐述。通过实践探索证明,实施高铁综合维修生产一体化是高铁维修管理模式发展的大势所趋,车间在一体化进程中具有不可替代的位置。
The progress of HSR maintenance has proven that the traditional approaches where maintenance is carried out by disciplines and at the depot of the train’s corresponding jurisdiction can not longer keeps up with the market demand.In this light,the paper compares the management modes of countries like Japan,France and Germany,and at the same time looks into the development of management approaches in China.On this basis,the paper then incorporates and summarizes the management practice of CR Wuhan after the maintenance reform,with particular importance given to Zhumadian West workshop.The practice and exploration show that integration points out the future trend of HSR management where workshop plays an irreplaceable role.
