摘要
教育观念制约教学行为.教师必须在基础教育课程改革的大背景下来认识和实践生物新课程.走进新课程的生物教师必将面对四个难题,即如何实现课程功能的转变,如何把握新的课程体系,如何改变传统的教学方式和教学评价模式.在新课程环境下,中学生物教师的当务之急是更新教育观念,真正树立起与新课程相适应的目标意识、课程意识、问题意识、质量意识、生命意识和机遇意识,以主动的创新精神和高度的责任感来迎接新课程带来的机遇与挑战.
Teacher′s concept of education controls their action of teaching,it is rightly so in the cours of implementing new curriculum of biology in middle shools.Under the background of new curriculum biology teachers must renew their concept of education,and establish really the consciousness about objective,curriculum,problem,quality,life and opportunity,so that fits in with the needs of new curriculum.Biology teachers must meet the opportunity and challenge from new curriculum in the spirit of creativity on their own initiative and the sense of responsibility in high regard.
