摘要
阐述了实地考察美国人口最多的加利福尼亚洲的三个政府环保管理部门———加州环保署、南加州水质控制局、南加州空气质量控制局的环境信息化建设的情况 ,总结了加州环境信息系统建设的特点。在此基础之上 ,结合中国城市一级环保局的实际情况 ,对中国城市环境信息系统的建设提出了几点建议以供读者思考。
In this paper,the contents and ways of constructing Environment Management Information System in the California Environmental Protection Agency,Southern California Water Quality Control Administration and Southern California Air Quality Control Administration are introduced by the authors who visited the above three offices in June2002.The characters and ways of constructing Environment Management Information System in the State of California are also summarized.Based on the special conditions of the city's Environmental Protection Bureau in China,and combined the California's experiences of successfully constructing Environment Management Information System,we put forward several suggestions that should be well considered when constructing the city's Enviromental Management Information System in China.
