摘要
组织进行知识管理的瓶颈之一是知识的分享 ,而知识分享的主体是员工 ,适当的人力资源管理策略对员工的行为有指向和指导作用 。
One of the bottleneck of knowledge management in organizations is knowledge share,The subjects of knowledge share are the employees in organizations.Appropriate countermeasures of human resource management have instructional and oriented effect on employees'related behaviors.The paper analyze the main factors affecting knowledge share among employees,base on of which correlated countermeasures of human resource management are put forward.
