摘要
可持续发展作为一门新兴的交叉学科 ,在其理论体系和方法体系的构建过程中 ,综合应用、借鉴了其它诸多自然学科与社会学科的概念、思想、原理和方法 ,它构成可持续发展这门学科在当前研究阶段的特色。本文以“各态遍历假说”为例 ,表述了该假说在可持续发展学科领域的内涵。依据“各态遍历假说” ,提出可持续发展公理存在理论“破缺” ,并对其进行修正。对环境库兹涅茨倒“U”型曲线 (EKC)予以综合表述 ,应用该假说提出了对发展中国家生态环境质量根本好转“临界点”进行理论预测的方法 ,并对中国生态环境质量实现根本好转的“临界点”进行初步估算。
Sustainable development as a new interdisciplinary science,many natural science and social sciences concept,thought,principle and methods are synthetically applied and referred in construction the system theory and method of sustainable development science,It is characteristic of sustainable development science at the present research stage.As an example,Ergodic Hypothesis is explained in the paper according to sustainable development science.On Ergodic Hypothesis,author puts forward to the axiom of sustainable development existence theory “broken”,and revise to it.EKC is synthetically expressed in the paper,and the forecast method about the “critical point”of environment quality thoroughly turning for the better in the developing country is put forward to.The“critical point” of environment quality thoroughly turning for the better in China is initially estimated.
