摘要
目前对于如何加强民营科技企业内部建设还缺乏应有的注意。本文通过对民营科技企业经营管理者的培训需求分析 ,指出该类管理者的素质存在严重缺陷 ,并探讨了产生缺陷的原因与改善途径 ,从一个侧面来说明提高民营科技企业内部管理的重要性和对策 ,认为外部环境的改善与民营科技企业内部管理的加强相配合 ,始能形成合力推动民营科技企业的健康快速发展。然而提高民营科技企业经营管理者的素质并非一件容易的事情 ,它需要政府、学术界。
This article points out,from a view of training needs analysis,the professional defects of Managers in private science and technology enterprises,and probes the causes and improving ways of these defects.It shows the importance of improving internal management in private science and technology enterprises and provides the solutions.The authors argue that improving outside environment and internal management of private science and technology enterprises can promote the development of these enterprises in a healthy and rapid way.
