摘要
总结RFID技术在大规模服装定制中的具体应用,包括数字化信息的采集与传输、RFID技术与大规模服装定制的有机结合两大部分,结合际华3502职业装有限公司应用实例分析RFID技术在大规模服装定制中的应用效果。文章表明,RFID技术的应用,可通过数字化信息的采集与传输,实现RFID技术与大规模服装定制系统的有机结合,完成全流程服装生产信息数字化的采集和传输,结合智能生产设备,实现了从面辅料选择到成品入库一体化全智能工业化生产。
This paper summarizes the specific application of RFID technology in mass customization of clothing,including the collection and transmission of digital information, the organic combination of RFID technology and mass customization of clothing, and analyses the application effect of RFID technology in mass customization of clothing based on the application example of 3502 International China Clothing Co., Ltd. The article shows that the application of RFID technology can combine the RFID technology with the mass customization system through the collection and transmission of digital information, complete the digital collection and transmission of the whole process garment production information, and combine the intelligent production equipment, realize the all-intelligent industrialized production from the selection of fabric accessories to the storage of finished products.
