摘要
终身教育和职业教育作为两种不同的办学模式,存在一些差别,但其体现的思想与内容有着共同之处。德国双元制职业教育模式体现了终身教育的理念,为职业教育和终身教育的协调发展提供了依据。中国开放大学是职业教育和终身教育协调发展的最好实践者,开放教育要转变办学理念,由原有的学科体系授课模式,转而进行应用型人才培养模式的改革,这是开放大学可持续发展的必选之路。
As two different modes of college, there are some differences between vocational and lifelong education, but there are something in common in their ideas and contents. Binary vocational education mode reflects lifelong education conceptions in Germany, and lays a foundation for the coordinated development between vocational and lifelong education. Open University in China is the best practitioner of coordinated development between vocational and lifelong education. Open education needs to change operating conception, and reforms from the old teaching mode of subject system to applied talents training model,which is the only route of sustainable development of Open Universities.
