摘要
高等职业教育作为高等教育的重要组成部分,其人才培养目标应定位于高等性、职业性、技术性和复合性,并在此基础上,根据时代要求,提出高职人才应具备的职业道德素质、科学文化素质、创新素质和身心素质。
The higher vocational education is the important part of the higher education.It's aim of training talent should locate the higher,vocational,technical and compound characteristics.On the basis of the aim of training,the talent of higher vocational education should possess the qualities of vocational morality,science and culture,innovation,body and mind according to the request of the age.
