摘要
针对大多数数控系统不能直接进行渐开线插补的问题 ,提出了用数字积分法进行渐开线插补的方法 ,建立了插补的数学模型 ,设计了计算机插补应用程序 ,并将该方法应用于数控线切割机床加工齿轮 ,取得了较好的效果。
The mathematical equations by the method of Digital Differential Analyzer (DDA) involute interpolations were established as most CNC system cannot directly deal with involute interpolation. And the design diagrams for computer interpolation application programs were provided. The CNC system with this design was proved efficient when used to machine the involute gear on the HS-WEDM.
