摘要
结合黄陵沮水河流域自然地理、气候、河流情况,分析了"01.7"暴雨洪水的时空特点及成因。
In consideration of geography, meteorology and river in Jushui river watershed in Huang ling, the time and space characteristics and formation cause of '01.7' rainstorm flood are analyzed.
