摘要
在高等教育发展过程中 ,为避免商业化的潜在倾向变为现实 ,有必要从理论上对高等教育定位。第三部门是指政府与企业组织以外的所有组织的集合。在组织定位上 ,所有的高等学校都是第三部门性质的。整个高等学校组织群体会一直朝着理想的第三部门组织——高自治。
In the development process of higher education, it is of great necessity to have theoretical reorientation of higher education so as to avoid the emergence of the commercialization potentials. The third sector refers to the collection of all organizations other than governments and enterprises. In terms of organizational orientation, all institutions of higher learning are of the nature of third sector, and this collection of non governmental and non enterprise organizations are progressing toward the ideal orientation of highly autonomous and non profit making third sector.
