摘要
构建表征土地财政和城镇化的指标体系,运用熵值法求取指标权重计算山东省2000—2015年土地财政和城镇化的发展水平,进一步构建耦合协调度模型分析山东省土地财政与城镇化的耦合效应及其时空格局。结果表明:(1)山东省土地财政与城镇化间的耦合协调程度逐年提高,耦合关系处于协调发展阶段,属于高度协调。(2)山东省中部地区土地财政与城镇化耦合协调度较高,东、中、西部地区之间差异较小,地区内部各地市之间差异相对较大。(3) 2000—2015年间东部地区耦合协调度的年均增长率为1.679%,中部地区为1.737%,西部地区为1.586%。
The index system of land finance and urbanization was constructed and the index weight is calculated by entropy method to calculate the development level of land finance and urbanization in Shandong Province in the past 2000—2015 years.The coupling coordination degree model is built to analyze the coupling effect and temporal spatial pattern of land finance and urbanization in Shandong province.The results show that:(1)the degree of coupling and coordination between land finance and urbanization in Shandong is increasing year by year,and the coupling relationship is in a coordinated development stage,which is highly coordinated.(2)Shandong’s land finance and urbanization are mainly located in the central region,the difference of coupling coordination between eastern,central and western regions is relatively small,and the degree of coupling coordination between different regions is relatively high.(3)in the 2000—2015 years,the annual growth rate of coupling coordination degree in the eastern region was 1.679%,that in the central region was 1.737%,and that in the western region was1.586%.
